承辦比賽 棒協遭疑挪用公款

立法委員段宜康質疑中華棒協辦比賽挪用公款，棒協秘書長林宗成表示：「很敬佩段委員的為人和問政態度，但棒協必須嚴正聲明絕對沒有挪用公款，也願意配合教育部的調查。」

林宗成說，黑豹旗高中棒球大賽的構想在今年初就已經提出，7、8月間體育署指示棒協辦理這個比賽。因此棒協是依據上級指示，以及撥發下來的經費來辦理比賽相關事宜，何來挪用之說？且比賽還在進行中，實在搞不懂立委為何提出質疑？上級若要來調查，棒協當然全力配合。

林宗成強調，本屆黑豹旗賽事外界的反應確實不少，代表這項比賽受到重視，已經成功打響了名號。而且有了今年的承辦經驗，無論正面、負面都是重要的參考值；以後再辦必然會更為周延，也有助於讓黑豹旗成為國內最具代表性的青棒大賽。
