斷腿喬治喊話 「別怪美國男籃」

〔自由時報記者梁偉銘／綜合報導〕兩週前在美國男籃練習賽中意外斷腿的溜馬球星喬治，昨在父母陪伴下，首度公開受訪，剖析心路歷程，也期許東山再起，「我絕對想打里約熱內盧奧運！」

美國隊為備戰世界盃，月初於拉斯維加斯舉辦隊內練習賽，喬治第4節開打不久飛身防守哈登上籃，右小腿著地，撞上球架底座護墊，當場折斷形成90度扭曲，如今回想起來，他仍忍不住皺眉喊痛，「當我往下一看，發現腿骨跑出來，就知道事情糟了。」

喬治動完手術返家療養，預計得休兵整年，即使發生如此重大意外，他沒怨天尤人，「恐怖的意外總會發生，美國男籃不該因此受到批評。」

24歲的喬治強調，他還年輕，會以正面積極的態度來處理，「我打球時總是全力以赴，這可能害我現在打上了石膏，但我深信，很快能重新站起來。」

最快下週，喬治就迫不及待針對右膝展開強化訓練。溜馬總裁「大鳥」柏德曾表示，隊醫看好喬治強烈企圖心與身心恢復能力，不排除新球季後段提前歸隊的可能。
